Locally Manufactured
Our pontoons are built with 100x50mm Oregon framing lined with 12mm Plywood to help prevent rot; we use fully UV rated flow coat which can be tinted to your colour of choice, along with chop strand and Vinyl-Ester resin for superior bonding properties. We offer different finishes on each pontoon deck depending on your use.

Teak decks
All our pontoons come standard with four cleats, which are load-tested to meet Australian standards. We use 316 stainless steel fixings for all attachments and plywood fixing. We also use recycled plastic for the pontoon fender rails, finished off with various fender options tailored to your use.
Pontoon Options
Flush mounted pontoons
are when the ramp connection is recessed into the pontoon, this creates a flush connection with no step.
Top mount pontoons
are when the ramp connection sits on top of the pontoon which creates a step down to the pontoon deck.

Single Rail Fender
100x50mm Hardwood finished with Custom ‘D’ Mould Fender.
Carpet D Fender
Custom manufactured carpet ‘D’ Fender fitted to pontoons, this is a great was to ensure ultimate protection to your vessel.

Refurbishments
Refurbishment of your existing pontoon is a great way to ensure its lifespan is maximised; as the marine elements are so harsh on all structures, including pontoons, it is essential to have your pontoon refurbished before it gets to the stage where replacement is required due to water damage, cracks, leaks etc.
